Okay so here it is. My teachers are weird. We are doing a raunchy play in acting (I chose the least raunchy part in it to perform). I still don't have a job and I am worried about my best friend. We lost our assisstant manager at work and now I am getting more hours (blessing and a curse becasue I now have less time to look for a real job).
I just kind of hope someone comes to me and says "Hey Adam! Do you want to work for me as a writer / editor for such and such inc. We pay 30K a year and have full benefits starting the day you work!" Yea I know keep dreaming boy. Well pray for me.

Classes and work, how exciting.
I haven't updated in some time, so here goes.
UPDATES:
I'm taking more classes, not at Western Bap...ahem... Corban, but instead at Chemeketa. Theater, Acting and hopefully tommorow some others.
I had a few interviews the other day and am hoping (praying) for a job to come VERY soon.
My scars have healed and I will be able to lift stuff over twenty pounds in about a week.
Ummm... can't think of much else exciting. I have been dreaming a lot but nothing that I remember or is important.
And now for something completely different CLICK HERE for some homestarrunnery goodness!
By the way congratulations to Za'chary on his book Fallen Angels of a Lesser Heaven I'm still workin' on mine. Congrats again!

Rock operas, and musicals. You take your pick.
So I've decided to link a few of my favorite musicals/rock opera's websites today.
Here goes:
Rating System:
L=Harsh Language
S=Sexual Content
A=Adult Themes
V=Violence
RENT
Rent is a rock opera (some people may disagree with me here but I am committed to calling it this) about a few artists down on thier luck. I've seen it live twice and look foward seeing it in theaters.
Rating: L S A V?
Avenue Q
Avenue Q is a musical that is about a group of friends also down on thier luck living in a set of appartments on Avenue Q. I describe it as RENT with Muppets. I have yet to see this but I want to and will some day.
Rating: L S A
The Little Shop of Horrors
The Little Shop of Horrors is a musical about a grown up orphan who lives on Skid Row and finds a killer plant. I have seen this live A LOT being that my sister and some of my friends were in a performance a few years ago and I saw like every single showing. Yes I'm pretty pathetic. I also own it on DVD.
Rating: V
Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street
Sweeney Todd is a rock opera/musical I don't remember which, about a barber whose wife dies and daughter gets stolen from him so he kills people. I watched a performance of this on a DVD and what turned me on to it was Jersey Girl a very good movie (though many people disagree with me) by Kevin Smith or for people trying to figure out who he is Click Here. He has a reference to Sweeney Todd in this movie and again this is what alerted me to this show.
Rating: V
Camelot
Camelot is a musical about... well Camelot. The period of time from when King Arthur started the round table to the fall. Very good. Again I own the DVD.
Rating: A? V?
Grease
Another link
Grease is very good, I've seen it both live and the movie. Again I think I've seen it live more than on the DVD for the same reason that I've seen The Little Shop of Horrors a rediculous amount of times. This is a musical about some teens lives in high school in the 50's. The first is amazing, the sequel Grease 2 Not worth the time.
Rating: L A?
Well everything I've linked I believe is well worth the time. See them or listen to the music at the very least if you get a chance. The ratings are what I remember and may not be exactly accurate. Sorry about the quality (or lack there of) of some of the linked sites.

Hmm... not much to report today. I am pretty angry at myself for letting myself wake up at 4pm so Ima not let that happen anymore. Quick post tonight then shower than bed.
As I said I shall make a Pearl of Wisdom and/or a Quote from the Great Philosopher Other every night so here goes.
Pearl of Wisdom:
Our time on this Earth is limited. Keep this in mind. Don't waste it sleeping, being mean, arrogant, or whatnot. Learn to love, learn to live, learn to listen. These may be the three greatest gifts that God has given us, our hearts, lives, and ears.

I have come back! I have noticed that despite my very best and most accidental and forgetful attempts at forgetting this some of you have yet to do the same. I wonder if I shall keep this up... I'll try anyway.
Here is the update on my life.
I am...
Looking for a new Job
Lonely
Recovering
Below I will go into a bit of detail on each of these.
Looking for a new Job:
Being graduated is tough work. I am STILL looking for a job. Through my best attempts all I have been able to scrounge up has been commission only stuff and that simply doesn't pay the bills. I currently have a lead to work with some kids at a school which would be fun and am continuing to follow possible leads.
Yes I still work at Suncoast. In fact I am getting more hours in these past three weeks than ever before! It's rather exciting! But I need something full time that will pay for my rent and bills.
Lonely:
I have no roomie right now sadly and my girlfriend is moved to Arizona for the time being. Chad and Amanda had to move for those of you who don't already know. And Tim is working and everyone else has school. I am trying not only to get a job but get into Youth ministry as well and get connected more deeply into a church.
I am really hoping for a new roommate soon and again I have a couple prospects on the horizon. I am hoping one of them turns up to move here sooner than they had originally planned I.E. February for one and at least a month for another.
Recovering:
For the few of you who don't know I had a gall bladder opperation about three weeks ago and have four holes in me belly (yes the typo was on purpose). They are healing. The only one that is visible right now looks gross.
So simply put a gall bladder stores bile from the liver and pumps it into the stomache in order to regulate the amount of bile placed into the stomache. I had alot of rocks in mine which is why I had so much heartburn for the past couple years. They took it out and now my body is learning to live without one and trying to heal some gut holes at the same time. A slow but steady and sometimes painful process.
That is my life in a nutshell, okay a blogshell...? Wow that was bad. Very very bad. Anyway I am (again) going to try to keep this updated on a fairly regular basis. Let's all hope and pray that it works. I know I am kind of a flake and reminding me on this sort of thing doesn't work but I'm gonna try again. I understand if no one ever wants to visit again. I accept that it is a possibility and hope that you will change you minds. I will try.
Okay well I noticed that I had pearls of wisdom and quotes from Other on the older one's. Not only will I try to keep on up but I will try to keep both up. I may even try to update each of them once a day even if I don't add anything to the blog itself.
Pearl of Wisdom:
Don't think you know everything. You don't. If someone contradicts you don't get into an instant arguing match. Yes/No conversations are useless. Listen to people and try to see their point before shooting it down. There may even be some validity in it.
Other's Quote:
"A good book can be your best friend or your worst enemy."
PS
If someone could help me make this look cooler the help would be appreciated.

I have decided that there are certian cool things and I am going to go on about them now, not that anyone reads this anymore due to me being lazy, forgetful, uninteresting, uninterested, busy, or a mix of the five. I applogize for the lack of updating, though I would be surprised if anyone got much less accepted my appology.
Anyway cool things:
Quotes.
Quotes are awesome, they allow people to get thier feelings, ideas, or opinions out without the need of being completely original, giving someone else credit for saying a competely awesome thing, and sounding cool, intelectual, funny, weird, or a mix of those when they say stuff. Quotes are cool
Cool Quotes:
"ADD is great. It's like a new adventure or experience every fifteen minutes, even if you've already had that adventure or experience fifteen minutes ago." Me.
"It's not stupid, it's advanced" Invader Zim I don't remember the character who said it sorry, Season 1
"You whanged my ship!" futurama Professer Farnsworth, Season 4
I can't remember any more off the top of my head
Liquid.
Liquid is so neat, first it's a cohesive substance that you can take apart and put back together. One can even somewhat overflow something and the liquid will stay in bulging out of the holding object causing to look like a gel of some sort.
Video Games.
Video games allow a person to experience something they have never, will never, can never, should never, or even have ever done before. Video games teleport someone into a different world and allow them to have fun using other peoples lives as a basis for this. RPG's tell a story while the main character (you) tries to figure out puzzles, fight monsters, and rescue people. FPS's tell a story while letting people shoot things using the perspective of the one holding the gun. There are so many different types of games it's wonderful.
There are other really cool things but just way to many to name.
Oh by the way. Jason is at camp pray for him that he enjoys himself there. I look foward to him getting back, being my roommate and telling me all about it. Well have a wonderful day everyone!
Other's quote:
ADD is great. It's like a new adventure or experience every fifteen minutes, even if you've already had that adventure or experience fifteen minutes ago.

Sleep is...
Sleep is a many treasured thing.
Sleep is a many splendored thing.
When we are younger we fight against it,
But now we relish when we get it.
To sleep like a rock.
To sleep like the dead.
I wish to go to sleep.
I think I shall.
Well it's 3:30 am and I want to sleep, but I am having problems doing so. Oh well I'm over it. So I worked today, it was an all around good day. I may be getting bumped up to third key but I am not holding my breath. Pray for me okay?
Only a few more hours before church. Happy Easter everyone! Praise God that He rose again! Okay that's really all. I am tired and shall read then sleep. Good night.

Well I should be working on my paper I suppose, 3 pages due tommorow at 12:00 pm. Its on McD's Big Mac. I think it won't take to long, but I shall start working on it tonight. I am tired but I don't want to sleep, is that bad? I don't know.
On the subject of...dreams! I haven't dreampt much lately, maybe that's why I don't want to sleep when I get less sleep I dream more and I like to dream, even nightmares sometimes. Dreams almost always give me ideas on things, now if I could only find the motivation to actually follow through on one of these ideas. I always find I have these great ideas and then I kind of ignore them due to lack of motivation. It's really not very cool. That statement made me notice that I was warm so I opened my window.
My desk is such a mess... I wonder whenever I open a window if the clutter on my desk will fall out and break and then my RA, or RD, will fine me for throwing stuff out my window. I am kind of just jotting down what comes to mind so yea...
I just heard shots of some sort over to the left by the soccer feild? Appartments? cottage? police place? whatever. I really should be working on my paper now.
McD's is trying to take over the world just so you know. Proof? Wal Mart is opening a new store everyday this year yea? Well there is a McD's in each Wal Mart. Its all an evil plot to get us all to be subserviant to them, but through my paper writing I have discovered their plot and I shall overcome it! Okay that's really it I really should be workin'.
Okay Bye

This is my first Blog entry. Umm... nothing to interesting to say right now, Jason helped me make this, yeah for him. Thank you Jason. Well wasn't that exciting... okay bye.
I may on occasion have pearls of wisdom, if I do I shall state it by saying "Pearl of wisdom:" under which I will have a name either a friend something I heard/read recently or just me.
